Attorney Sciacca’s practice is specifically focused in the areas of Business law, Corporate law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Land Use matters. With over 25 years of experience in handling complex cases in both Federal and State Courts throughout the United States, Attorney Sciacca has many national and international Corporate clients which he represents as General Counsel; managing all of their legal needs including but not limited to risk management, drafting complex contracts, corporate mergers/acquisitions, asset purchases and complex litigation in various states throughout the United States. Attorney Sciacca also oversees a very busy real estate practice which has over 100 Lenders, Brokers and Agents as it clients. With over 25 years of experience in the field of real estate, Attorney Sciacca has handled some of the most complex multi-million dollar purchase transactions. He is currently a Title Agent for all of the National Title Insurance Companies and is called on frequently to resolve complex title issues.
Prior to becoming an equity partner of Medici & Sciacca P.C , Attorney Sciacca was a former Assistant Attorney General with the Department of Attorney General trying complex capital crimes to jury verdict. During the years that Attorney Sciacca was a prosecutor, he tried many noteworthy cases including cases that would be eligible for the death penalty and life without parole; e.g. first degree murder. During that time many of his prosecutions were covered by various national news agencies. It was during this period of time that he developed his trial skills as a seasoned trial attorney.
